Caroline Casey recently launched the #Valuable global campaign in August. The campaign is set out on the website http://valuable.global/ and is a global call to action for business to value the 1 billion people worldwide living with a disability.
Many years ago she rode her elephant 1,00km across India and raised money for 6,000 eye operations for children in india. She is now in Bogota, planning to ride a horse for 5 weeks across Columbia to ‘start conversations’ on the value of people with disabilities with global business leaders.
She will eventually arrive in Bogota on October 6th where she will give a keynote address at the One Young World Summit, alongside Bob Geldof, Kofi Annan and President Santos.
