Previous Experience

From a young age, I have engaged in various sports activities at school and continued playing football well into adulthood. My passion for the game led me to start coaching your local grassroots team at the age of 17. This early start in coaching soon expanded when I took on coaching roles in America.

I have sixteen years of experience working within County Football Associations, including Sheffield & Hallamshire, Oxfordshire, and West Riding. My journey began as a full-time football coach at West Riding FA, where I played a significant role in developing football in schools and communities.

Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in various areas of football development. My contributions include facility and club development, promoting participation, and advancing coach development across different County FAs.

Keeping Active

I have an active lifestyle and a passion for sports, particularly football, which has been my primary sport since childhood. I've recently dusted off my boots and play football for a women's recreational team where I am also the club secretary.

In addition to football, I have expanded my sport involvement by joining my local women's cricket club.  I also volunteer as the social media lead for the cricket league as well.

To maintain overall fitness, I am a gym membership, enjoy walking and cycling.
