The APF are conducting our final survey in a three year project to explore experiences with physical activity during pregnancy & after childbirth.
Whether you currently engage in physical activity or find it challenging, your insights are crucial. By taking a few minutes to complete this anonymous survey, you will contribute to gathering valuable information to enhance support & resources for women during this important time.
To be eligible you,
* must be at least 18 years old
* live in the UK
* be pregnant or up to 12 months postnatal
