Activity Alliance launches new strategy on 5 Dec 2024
Join the online event for the launch of the new strategy and bold new vision.
Adam Blaze, Chief Executive at Activity Alliance, said:" As the national charity and leading voice we want to ensure that there are opportunities for disabled people to be active whenever, and however they want to be. Our new strategy addresses the major barriers that disabled children and adults face when trying to be active or work in sports and activities.
“We are really excited about the launch of our new strategy. We asked questions. We listened. We challenged our own thinking. This strategy is the result of a powerful collaboration of knowledge, insight and consultation.
“Whether you’re a lifelong partner, or new to our work, I encourage you to sign up for our online event to learn about our new strategy and join our movement for change. Together, we can shape a better society for disabled people to enjoy the benefits of being active.”
Online event: Thursday 5 December 2024: 1-1:45pm
The charity will present the strategy and talk through the new vision, mission and key ambitions. They will also be joined by speakers from the sport sector and disability charities, who will talk about why collaboration is the key to tackle inequalities and change disabled people’s lives.
