#iwill Power of Youth day - 4 June 2024

Have you heard about Power of Youth Day? It's the annual celebration of the power and potential of young people to drive positive change in our communities and beyond, and importantly, a time to reflect on what we can do in our work to empower young people to drive that change.

It takes place on the second day of Volunteers' Week, on 4th June, and revolves around encouraging professionals and businesses to sign the Power of Youth Charter, a collaborative initiative recognising the ability of young people to lead positive change.

This years’ theme, #BeThatPerson, emphasises the transformative power of individuals and organisations who commit to empowering young people in their work.

#iwill Ambassadors like ZeZe shares how one individual has helped shape who she is today.

Power of Youth Day is all about recognising and empowering young changemakers, and we believe that you can play a crucial role in making a difference. We're asking you to help us amplify this campaign, and in doing so, you're not just making a statement – you're committing to empowering young people and creating opportunities for them to shape and lead change.
