Discover key impacts and transferrable learnings from the place-led campaign in Blackburn with Darwen

Last year, a locally adapted version of the We Are Undefeatable campaign was developed in Blackburn with Darwen to support people with long term health conditions in the area to move more.

By collaborating with local storytellers and connecting residents to relevant physical activity opportunities, the campaign successfully brought national campaign principles to life at a local level. This approach not only encouraged more activity but also generated valuable insights into how the campaign can influence local systems and be adapted to different communities and settings.
