Living Well Community Health Development Grants 2025/26

Living Well Community Health Development (CHD) Grants are open to Community Organisations and Groups to apply.

The grants programme is funded by Public Health as part of the districts Living Well Initiative and aims to award up to 10 small groups/organisations who are passionate about reducing health inequalities, promoting health and wellbeing and representing the voice of defined community of interest groups across the Bradford District.

Grants available between :   £5,000 – £14,000  for one year

 Application Period: Friday 7^th March and closes at 9:00 am Thursday 27^th March 2025
