Physical Activity Pathways for Health – Guidance Framework Unveiled

Active Partnerships have published the Moving Together Pathways Guidance Framework to provide the structure, principles, and components that can create system-wide conditions to support people living with or at risk of long-term health conditions to be more active.

The guidance framework has been created through collaboration, testing, and review with a huge number of people and organisations, co-produced in partnership with Move Consulting and has been supported and funded by Sport England through the National Lottery. The guidance will continue to be updated as the wider Moving Together work progresses.

They are currently co-leading the latest phase of Moving Together work with the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine UK. This work is once again being funded and supported by Sport England.
