Safeguarding Adults Week 18 – 22 November

Safeguarding Adults Week takes place from 18 – 22 November and is promoted by Ann Craft Trust.

They have a number of events running throughout the week that you can access online. Here are suggestions on ways that you can show your support.

Ways be get involved:

Monday 18: Sessions for Leeds clubs and activity providers at John Charles Centre for Sport, along with Sam Webb, Safeguarding Lead at Active Leeds. Find out more and book a place here.

Wednesday 20: Webinar hosted by Calderdale Safeguarding Children Partnership. They'll also be joined by the Prevent Team. Find out more and book a place here

Thursday 21: Sport clubs and physical activity providers across Barnsley can find out more about safeguarding and the Sport Welfare Officer support offer. Book a place here.

Do you know what's happening in your district? Your local Safeguarding Children Partnership is a good place to find out. For example, Rotherham Safeguarding Children Partnership have a range of events available to book on.
