Safeguarding in sport free information session - 9 October 2024

This session is designed to increase your knowledge and understanding of what Safeguarding in Sport means in the Wakefield District, what sports clubs / organisations should have in place with regards to safeguarding, what support you can access and who to contact if you have a concern and much more!

This session is delivered by Wakefield Safeguarding Children Partnership (WSCP), Yorkshire Sport Foundation, and the NSPCC Child Protection in Sport Unit. It is aimed at any sports club or organisation who work or volunteer with children and young people.
