It’s time to Find Your Greatness! Team GB and Paralympics GB's athlete recruitment programme is looking for sporty and active people aged 16-24 who want to try out for a range of Olympic and Paralympic sports in Autumn 2024.

If you’re a teacher or coach who wants to support your students in unleashing their potential, you can! There are two ways to help them get involved with this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

The best way to do so is by delivering your own pre-application testing session where you can help your students through the initial process and aid them in uploading their test scores to the application form. Applications for students open on 20th August and close on 14th October. Those with suitable scores will then be invited to regional testing events later in the year.

Or, you can simply share the opportunity with your school or club and encourage those with potential to take part.
