Grow Your Club grants in Wakefield

Applications are now open for the 2025 Grow Your Club grant programme designed to help grassroots sports and activity clubs in Wakefield thrive — whether that’s through better equipment, support with venue costs, or training for volunteers.

To give you a sense of what this funding can achieve, we’ve just released a short video that offers a light-hearted but insightful look at the challenges many clubs face — from mismatched gear and chaotic training sessions to venues that are anything but fit for purpose.
