The Third Sector Trends study will return to West Yorkshire this month.

This long-term study on the VCSE sector began in Yorkshire and Humber in 2013. It includes responses from voluntary and community organisations, social enterprises, cooperatives, community businesses, groups, societies and amateur sports clubs. The study takes place every 3 years and is in its fifth round this year.

The survey is interesting, easy to do and takes 15 to 20 minutes. You can do it on your PC, laptop, tablet or phone, and you only need to do it once every three years! Using the findings, the study will build a picture of how organisations and groups work, how they get their resources and what they achieve. It also helps funding organisations decide how to invest in organisations.

This is important to get an overview of the state of the sector and develop resources moving forwards. You might have taken before, and as you’ll know, whether your organisation or group is big or small, old or new, thriving, struggling or going on as normal, that’s all part of the picture!

Take part by completing the online survey.
