How puberty can affect girls in sport and physical activity?
Joining forces - NETBALLHer are partnering with women’s health charity Wellbeing of Women and bringing together medical experts and knowledge from authentic lived experiences from both elite athletes and grassroots participants.
This will provide netballers and the people around them the knowledge and confidence to stay in the game they love at every life stage. 'Helping her stay in the game through Puberty' helps those around her understand how puberty can affect girls in netball physically, emotionally and socially and how small, supportive actions can help her feel confident, included and able to keep enjoying the game.
The expert panel includes: Dr. Aziza Sesay - Wellbeing of Women Medical Ambassador, Award winning GP and prominent voice in women's health. Athlete - Yomi Wilson, Grassroots voice - TBC, Kelly Gordon - Chair and Executive Lead, NETBALLHer.
Registrations close Wednesday 20 May 2026 at 6pm.
