Keeping Your Child Safe in Sport awareness week, 7-11 October

We are proud yellow

Keeping Your Child Safe in Sport (KYCSIS) awareness raising week is taking place 7 ‑ 11 October 2024 and the CPSU has a social media toolkit to help spread the word.

Keeping Your Child Safe in Sport is a national, year-round campaign which looks at improving parental involvement in children’s sport. The campaign features an annual awareness raising week, usually during the first week of October.

During this awareness raising week they share resources to help sports and parents to work together to keep children safe in sport.

The aim for 2024 is to bring your sporting community together. We want to help you create an open and inclusive culture, where parents feel able to speak up, ask questions and raise concerns.
