Mental Health Awareness Week - webinar Thursday 19 March

Mental Health Awareness week is fast approaching, and will take place 11-17 May. This year the theme is 'action',focussing on the things that we can do for ourselves, for somebody else and for everyone to support good mental health. 

Sport England and Mind will be joining the Mental Health Foundation in hosting a webinar next Thursday 19 March 11:00 - 12:00 to share key information about this year's campaign, along with ideas to help support SPA organisations get involved. 

The webinar will include;

  • What the theme means in practice and how we can utilise SPA as a tool to promote good mental health
  • Campaign resources and assets available for you to use
  • Ideas for workplaces, community groups and local organisations to get involved
  • Simple ways to encourage others to take action for their own mental health 

Whether you’ve taken part in Mental Health Awareness Week before or this is your first year, we’d love you to be part of it. Together, we can help more people take meaningful action to support good mental health.
