New Advisory Group to support disability sport

Wheelchair picture

The West Yorkshire Disability Sport Network have started an Advisory Group to answer questions from clubs, groups and organisations about sport and physical activity.

Queries can be from those who already offer disability provision or those who would like to set up new activities. The purpose is to support people providing activities for people with disabilities or to be more inclusive in the provision they offer and require additional guidance.

The Advisory Group is an extension of the existing West Yorkshire Disability Sport Network that meet four times a year to discuss and share information on topics that affect people with disabilities.

Anyone is welcome to attend the meetings that rotate around different venues in West Yorkshire.

Meetings are a good networking opportunity, discuss a hot topics, plus tea and coffee is provided.

Contact Andrew Lane if you would like more information or would like to attend a meeting:
