During the recent webinar, We are Undefeatable shared the latest campaign insights from the spring campaign, as well as a deep dive into the least active people, including the unique barriers to activity that they face and their attitudes towards physical activity.

They also shared an exciting new resource, a Lived Experience dashboard. This includes data collected since 2019, with around 12,000 datapoints filterable by demographics, health conditions, activity level, region and more.

It is a unique and valuable source of insight for those working with people living with long term conditions, and will enable people to explore attitudes to physical activity, health, wellbeing trends and more amongst this group.
