Place Change Makers - Sport England Podcast

Over the past six years, Sport England have tested the place-based approach working with places across the country with some of the most disadvantaged and least active communities. They have been working with places and communities, connecting, collaborating, doing things differently… helping to make physical activity everyone’s business.
The learning has been captured in a Podcast series including YSF Development manager for Sheffield Tom Hughes in episode 1 and Doncaster, Calderdale and Bradford are also included.
In this series, they explore personal journeys, practical examples and challenges faced by those at the heart of this work. Each episode focuses on a key topic and deep dives into the associated skills, mindset and behaviours that are crucial for driving change across local systems.
