Wakefield Mental Health Day - Turning Point Talking Therapies

Wakefield Mental Health Day returns on Friday 10th October at Wakefield Exchange, bringing together a wide range of local services and organisations to support positive mental health and wellbeing.

Attendees can look forward to guest speakers, interactive support stalls, inclusive sports demos, an Ask The Therapist panel, free physical health checks, and a range of creative, family-friendly activities - including a Wellbeing Corner, workshops, and a live art co-production piece. They’ll also have access to free digital skills support provided by the NHS team.

The event is at at Wakefield Exchange, with collaboration of partners including Vico Homes, MYHospitals Charity, Yorkshire Sport Foundation, Wakefield Council, The Hepworth, Wakefield Family Hubs and Mid Yorkshire Teaching Trust.
